• Daily operations of entire spectrum of HR and Administration and assisting HOD in executing HR and Admin projects.
• Overall hiring process of employees
• Discipline management and educating / coaching people managers on legal requirements. 
• Managing employee engagement activities including surveys and handling grievances.
• Managing the liaison process with Government agencies pertaining to work permit approval.
• Reviewing monthly salary worksheet before submission to Head of Human Resources for approval. 
• Review the competitiveness of our compensation and benefits structure through participation in relevant surveys. Administrating of the Company’s Group term life and Group outpatient and Hospitalization scheme.
• Managing the canteen operators to ensure quality, hygienic and value for Money food is being served. Carrying out periodic audits. 
• Knowledge: Employment Act, Employees’ Social Security Act, Income Tax Act
• Skills: MS Office Applications, Succession planning, workforce planning and organizational desing, learning and development, remuneration policy managing employee relations and legal responsibilities in relation to people management. 
• Experience: Minimum 12 years experiences in HR with at least 3 years in managerial position. 
• Must had work experience in manufacturing industry. 
• Competencies: Building collaborative relationships, Action & result driven, building effective team though strong leadership, Dealing with ambiguity, Customer focus with strong business acumen and highly committed, Customer focus with strong business acumen.
